Will I receive a receipt for my subscription?
Yes, when your payment transaction is complete, a receipt is emailed to you directly from PayPal.
Will my credit card be automatically charged for next year’s subscription?
No, the current policy at Austin Dancer’s Guide is to remind our subscribers when their subscription expires by email. You can then subscribe for another year using the Subscribe button on the web site or by mailing your check to Dancer’s Guide.
After I purchase a new subscription, how soon will I receive my first issue?
Your subscription will begin on the 1st day of the upcoming month. Example if you paid for your subscription on February 15th, your first newsletter would arrive by March 1st and your 12 month subscription would be based on a March 1st start date.
Can I cancel my subscription and receive a refund?
Yes, if you are not 100% satisfied, within the first 60 days, a full refund will be issued.
